Exciting Changes Are Coming
We hope this message finds you well. We’re excited to share that Greystone Brew House is embarking on a new culinary journey! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a fresh concept that focuses on locally sourced ingredients, regionally inspired comfort dishes, and greater value for our guests in today’s challenging economy.
To bring this vision to life, we will be temporarily closing for renovations and menu development. Our final dinner service before the closure will be Saturday, December 21st, and we plan to reopen in March 2025. These next few weeks—traditionally our slowest season—offer the perfect opportunity to refine our menu and craft new cocktail recipes.
Supporting Our Team
We are committed to supporting our incredible staff throughout this transition. During the closure, our employees will have the opportunity to work at our sister location, Greystone Public House in Harrisburg.
Gift Cards and Reservations
- Gift Cards: Any gift cards for Greystone Brew House will still be honored when we reopen. Unfortunately, they cannot be used at Greystone Public House during our closure.
- Private Events: If you have a banquet or private event scheduled during our closure, rest assured that your event will proceed as planned. We’re also accepting future event bookings for when we reopen. For event inquiries, please contact Jessica Bianco at jbianco@greystonepa.com.
